How fast do orders ship?
Most items sit in our US warehouse and leave within 1–2 business days, with US delivery typically 3–6 business days after that. Some items ship direct from our supplier and take longer — each product page shows its own timeline. Tracking lands in your inbox as soon as the label scans.
Where do you ship from?
Most orders leave our US warehouse. Some items ship direct from our supplier overseas — those are marked on the product page with their own delivery estimate, and a mixed order may arrive in more than one delivery.
What are the research and testing tools for?
Authorized security testing and education — your own hardware, your own network, or systems you have written permission to test. They're the same tools security professionals use to find weaknesses before someone else does. You are responsible for complying with all local laws.
Do you ship research tools internationally?
Not everywhere. Some items — Flipper Zero and certain radio devices among them — are restricted or prohibited in particular countries, states, and provinces. If we can't legally ship an item to your address, we'll cancel and refund that line rather than gamble with customs.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Research and testing tools are sold to buyers 18 and over. Privacy and physical-security products have no age restriction.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unused items in original packaging. If something arrives faulty, tell us and we'll cover return shipping and replace or refund it.
